We provide responsive tenant services that are available 24/7 in property emergencies. We have our own full-time rental staff and full-time maintenance staff. Some of our properties operate under a non-profit status and some are handicap accessible. We recognize and cooperate with HUD clients and we acknowledge and endorse city ordinances. All of our leases are prepared under local and statewide tenant/landlord regulations. We also operate under written policies and procedures.

Our residents have access to a Tenant Portal where online property requests and rent payments may be submitted. We respect the needs and privacy of our residents and expect they understand the importance of operating under the terms of their lease. You should be advised that we conduct credit, background, and reference investigations on all potential tenants.
